How can I help you plan for the future?

WELCOME

Congratulations! By finding your way here, you’ve already taken a meaningful first step toward securing your future, protecting your legacy, and safeguarding the people you love most. At Billington Law, we are an estate planning and probate law firm built with growing families in mind. We’re here to empower you to make thoughtful decisions that will protect your loved ones—both now and in the future—ensuring that your wishes are honored when they matter most.

Estate planning is about more than just creating a will or trust. While your financial assets are important, your true legacy is built from the intangible gifts you leave behind—your values, your stories, your experiences, and everything that makes you uniquely you. These are the treasures your loved ones will hold most dear.

And, when the time comes, we’re here to guide your family through the probate process, ensuring that your estate is settled smoothly and your wishes are carried out with care and respect. We’ll help your loved ones navigate what can often feel like a complicated and overwhelming time, keeping things simple, clear, and stress-free.

At Billington Law, we’re not just here to help you pass on your wealth; we’re here to help you pass on what matters most—the legacy of love, wisdom, and care that will live on in the hearts of your family for generations.

We help families plan for their future and preserve their legacy for generations to come.  If you would like to talk further, schedule your FREE 15 minute consultation below.

What sets us Apart

01

1. All of our fees are flat fees agreed to in advance.

At our initial meeting you will choose the level of planning and fee that works best for you and your family.

Open and honest communication is key. You can contact me at any time and you will never have to worry about receiving a surprise bill.

02

2. We protect your children.

If you have minor children, we ensure that they are never raised by anyone you wouldn't want or taken into the care of strangers. And if your children are adults, we help you create an estate plan with care and forethought.

03

3. We specialize in legacy planning. It's about more than money.

For each client, we walk you through a process to help you transfer your most important personal wealth to your loved ones, including your intellectual, spiritual, and human assets - everything that makes you who you are.

04

4. We make sure your plan works when it is needed.

We do not just prepare a set of legal documents for you and send you on your way. We make sure your children's well-being is properly planned for, that your assets are owned in the right way, and that your wishes are properly expressed and honored.

More importantly, we review your plan every three years, free of charge, to ensure that your plan stays up to date and accounts for changes in your life and the law.

05

5. Get your legal and financial house in order.

We look at the big picture and show you were the cracks are. We help you get more financially organized than ever and help you make smart choices about things like buying insurance, saving for college, and planning for your retirement.

06

6. Your Lawyer for Life.

At traditional estate planning law firms, the relationship ends when you sign your documents. At Billington Law, the signing of your documents is only the start of our relationship. Life changes, your assets will change, the law will change - and we will be here to guide you through these changes to ensure that your plan stays up to date, and actually works when you need it to.

Just one click and the process has begun.
